The music industry was shaken this September after a shocking discovery tied to American singer-songwriter d4vd (David Anthony Burke). Once celebrated as one of Gen Z’s most promising voices, the 19-year-old artist is now at the center of a criminal investigation.



The Discovery

On September 8, 2025, a decomposed body was found inside the front trunk of a Tesla registered under d4vd’s name. The vehicle had been towed to a Hollywood lot after a foul odor was reported.

Authorities later identified the body as 15-year-old Celeste Rivas, a missing teen from Los Angeles who had not been seen since April 2024.


Police Investigation

Police obtained a search warrant for a Hollywood Hills residence linked to d4vd.
